Which areas do you cover?
We currently cover the whole of the South East of England including Kent, Sussex, Surrey and London.
What are your office opening hours?
Our office is open and ready to help, Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm.
I am not a business, but am interested in your services, is that possible?
Yes, we work for private customers as well as commercial customers. Please contact us to talk through your needs.
How do I notify you that we would like to accept your quotation?

Do you have an emergency call-out service?
We do offer a 24/7 Emergency Callout service for Tree and Highways related issues. Our Out of Hours manager is contactable via our office number. We accept emergency calls at night, weekends and even on Christmas day.
Are all of your staff trained?
All of our staff are trained to both NVQ2 and to the Lantra/NPTC standard for the operations they carry out.
Is Barge Group KCC approved?
Barge Group is KCC approved for Highways Operations and Property Maintenance.
Is Barge Group 18001 compliant?

Are you able to carry out Tree Surveys?
Yes we are. Our tree surveyors are trained to a minimum of FdSc Arb or MArborA.
Are you able to carry out Play Area Safety Inspection surveys?
We offer all levels of Play Equipment surveys; routine, operational and annual. All of our inspector are registered with the RPII.
Who do I contact if I have a complaint?
If you would like to discuss something in detail or if you are less than completely satisfied with our service, we would like to hear from you. Please contact our office on 01322 311141 where your complaint will be dealt with immediately and passed onto the appropriate manager.
